On January 10, 1956 a two-hour-old infant was abandoned on the doorsteps of Belmont Hospital in Chicago. The nurses named her "Baby Belle-Cynthia." She arrived at the nursery wrapped in half of a blanket that was pinned with a note that read "Born Jan 10, Nationality Irish." Through an amazing series of events Baby Belle, now Debbie Johnson was able to find her birth mother and give her a very special gift. Her story will have you in tears and in wonderment at the way God has had His hand on Debbie's life from birth. Debbie shares her story from her heart and through songs that God has given her to remind her that she is "The Apple of His Eye!"

Debbie met Michael Johnson on a church youth trip to Switzerland. They both ended up at the same college and on the one-year anniversary of their engagement they were married and have been for 28 years now. They have 3 children Meghan (15), Dustin (17), Jeremy (27) and two grandchildren. Debbie has been a floral designer for 25 years and is now. Debbie has served as church choir director for the Adult Choir and Children's Choir. She has written and produced a children's musical called "He's Got Everything Under Control" and directed many other musicals. Now Debbie is writing songs for her ministry "Apple of His Eye Ministries"
